Our UK operation brings together brand understanding, product strategy, design and critical path management. We work with clients to turn a creative direction into commercially considered product that can be developed, costed and manufactured.
From range planning and CADs through to specifications, materials and approvals, we keep the creative and technical process connected so decisions made at the start of a project work in the factory as well as they do on the page.
Development happens close to production.
Our company-owned China office and sample room provide direct access to pattern cutting, garment technology, sourcing and quality control expertise close to the manufacturing base.
Samples are developed through structured rounds of review, with fit, construction, fabrication, measurements, tolerances and finishing assessed before production approval. Being on the ground allows issues to be communicated directly and resolved efficiently.
Once a product moves into bulk, the same standards, specifications and critical path continue through production and final approval.
